Marketing All Rounder (Moorabbin)

We're looking for an enthusiastic marketing all-rounder to join our team and help drive growth and engagement across our retail and online channels. This is a role for someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a genuine love of connecting people with a brand they'll love. You don't need to have done it all before — you need to care about getting it right, be organised enough to juggle competing priorities, and be the kind of person who puts their hand up and gets things done. You'll work across a wide variety of customer touchpoints, learning how our customers shop and what moves them, and play a real part in shaping the activity that drives our business forward across 9 retail locations and online. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns across retail and online channels designed to attract new customers and drive repeat engagement with our existing base
- Coordinate in-store events including fashion parades, Sip & Shop evenings, and VIP customer activations that deepen community connection and brand loyalty
- Support local area marketing initiatives across our 9-store retail network, identifying opportunities to grow awareness and foot traffic in each location
- Assist in the execution of seasonal marketing calendar activity from concept through to delivery, ensuring campaigns land on time and on brief
- Contribute to omnichannel initiatives that create a seamless customer experience across in-store, online, email, and social touchpoints
- Support PR and brand partnership activity including gifting and media outreach to extend brand reach and attract current audiences
- Monitor campaign performance and customer engagement metrics, contributing insights that help sharpen future activity What We're Looking For Above all, we want someone with the right attitude — curious, organised, and genuinely excited about marketing and the customer experience. - Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Meta, Instagram, or TikTok is a bonus, but enthusiasm to learn matters more
