Customer Service Inbound Sales Representative (Moorabbin)

Do you have an interest, background or just a great aptitude in electrical / electronics / mechatronics or other technology related field ? Or do you have a sales or customer service background working in electrical wholesale, medical, electronics, computers or similar ? We can provide you the training to excel in this role. This is a outstanding opportunity to join a fun and dynamic team and work locally while still being a part of a national business. This role is between 30 to 37.5 hours per week either 4 or 5 days per week Mon-Fri, you pick which days and time you work. You will have: Experience working in a customer service or sales environment High attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication and rapport building skills Initiative, common sense, and the ability to problem solve The ability to work both autonomously and within a small team Be very confident and well spoken You will have a real passion for customers and a genuine interest in helping people Experience with Oracle NetSuite's ERP system desired but not essential Well presented with a can do attitude Full Australian working rights Responsibilities will include: Actioning customer requests and enquiries over the phone and via email No Cold Calling- Working on inbound calls and returned calls only Building rapport and promoting products Preparing quotes Communicating with overseas suppliers A wide range of sales support activities Treotham Automation is a privately owned family Australian company and a leading supplier of high quality European electrical & mechanical components.
