About the Role Reporting to your manager, you’ll support the day-to-day coordination and administration activities across the business, including:
- Coordinating product imagery workflows to ensure files, approvals, uploads, and related administration are completed accurately and on time
- Managing sample requests, production coordination, updates, and distribution activities across teams and locations
- Maintaining digital systems and product information by updating availability, removing outdated items, and communicating relevant changes internally
- Monitoring workflow activity across systems to ensure information remains accurate, organised, and up to date
- Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to respond to requests, provide updates, and keep activities progressing efficiently
- Maintaining accuracy across file management, workflow records, image handling, and digital systems to minimise errors and support smooth operations
- Proactively following up outstanding actions, approvals, and updates to ensure tasks and workflows continue progressing on schedule About You
- You may have gained experience in customer service, administration, retail, marketing support, or another fast-paced environment where juggling priorities and supporting different people was part of your day. You're adaptable, enjoy variety, and are comfortable working across multiple teams.
- You like staying busy and find satisfaction in being organised and helping projects move forward. You might be the one people rely on you because you're proactive, dependable, and stay on top of the small things.
