Job Summary The Doe Run Company is seeking a Site Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned mining and milling sites, including data entry, reporting, scheduling, communications, travel coordination, and office management. This position is based at the Brushy Creek Mine in Boss, MO. Starting at $18.29 per hour with a 5% targeted monthly bonus. Paid time off and insurance benefits begin on day one. - High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or customer services role
- Valid driver’s license Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Invoicing/AP (DataServ), I-Series, ERP (PeopleSoft), HRIS (UKG), and Maintenance Management Systems
- Proven knowledge of office management practices preferred
- Excellent organizational skills Job Responsibilities
- Perform data entry to track site operations and support activities across all departments operating at the site
- Generate and distribute reports to stakeholders, including preventive maintenance, production, truck shipments, and inventory reports
- Schedule and organize site events, such as training, tours, or meetings; manage meeting room calendars and assist with preparation, set up, and tear down
- Order office supplies and manage mail delivery and deliveries between sites
- Onboard and offboard employees, ensuring resources, equipment, and supplies are assigned, transferred, or retrieved, and that site training, PPE, lockers, uniforms, and training files are provided
- Provide customer service to employees, leaders, vendors, and visitors by distributing materials, directing them to appropriate resources, and maintaining bulletin boards
- Complete tasks safely and in compliance with EHS policies, procedures, and best practices; support and assist peers in maintaining a safe, compliant work setting; report unsafe acts or conditions, incidents, and deviations; provide feedback to support continuous improvement in EHS performance
- Perform other duties as assigned Work Environment, Physical & Lifting Requirements
- Regular use of computer and phone in general office conditions; may be exposed to moderate noise levels and occasional outdoor weather conditions
- Regular sitting for extended periods, talking and hearing, repetitive motion; frequently standing, walking, reaching with hands/arms; occasional pushing and driving; rarely required to drive, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, or balance; requires clear vision and three‑dimensional vision
