**About the Role**: Based in Tatura, you’ll join the Land and Licencing team providing superior front-line customer service and office administration support to all GMW customers and stakeholders.

Working in a team environment, the Customer Support Officer is responsible for processing a range of transactions, resolving customer enquiries and is committed to meeting agreed performance targets and quality standards.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience in customer service or other relevant experience;
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively;
