What is the role?

We are currently searching for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. We see this role as one of the most important in the business
- as it is the CSR who is the face of Bowser Bean and what we represent. The role includes:

Serving customers with a positive can-do attitude

Making barista coffee

Preparing our quality food products for sale

Ensuring out store is clean and presentable

Other duties as instructed by management

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is advantageous

Job Type: Casual

Pay: Up to $44.34 per hour

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
