Casual Production Operator (Tatura)

About The Role Support daily production operations at Bega Tatura site – a world‑known dairy manufacturer – as a casual operator. You will work eight‑ or twelve‑hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays, supporting 24/7 factory operation.
- Adaptable and willing to work variable shifts.

- Other relevant manufacturing experience Responsibilities
- Assist with production operations and perform change‑over processes.
- Work efficiently to minimise downtime.
- Report safety incidents and maintenance needs.
- Maintain production areas clean and up to quality standards.
- Adhere to company safety and quality policies and procedures. Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous dairy/food manufacturing experience is highly regarded but optional.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Safety mindset.
- Current forklift or heavy rigid truck licence is an advantage.
