Leasing Agent
- Subcontractor (Under Agency Licence)

**Location: Kyabram & Surrounds, VIC**

We are seeking a reliable **Leasing Agent** to assist with on-site leasing duties under our real estate licence and company.

This is a **subcontractor role**, paid per property, with flexible work.

All work is carried out under the supervision of the Agency.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct open for inspections
- Tenant key handovers
- Builder key handovers (if required)
- Assist with leasing appointments
- Take inspection photos and basic reports
- Represent the Agency professionally at all times

**Requirements**:

- Completed Agent’s Representative Course (Victoria)
- Current Victorian registration
- Must work under the Agency’s licence and policies
- ABN (or willing to obtain before commencement)
- Own reliable car and mobile phone
- Reliable, punctual, and well presented
- Strong communication skills
