Permanent Educator | Tatura About the role Journey Early Learning Tatura is seeking a Permanent Educator to join our team. This is an opportunity to be part of a connected, values-led centre where educators are supported, trusted and encouraged to grow. You’ll contribute to a protected, engaging and inclusive learning environment, working alongside a supportive leadership team to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care. We are looking for someone who brings warmth, reliability and a genuine passion for working with children. Key responsibilities
- Support the delivery of play-based learning aligned to the EYLF
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Collaborate with your room team on planning and documentation
- Follow safeguarding, compliance and centre practices
- Participate in reflective practice and continuous improvement

About you
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
- Experience working in an early learning environment (desirable)
- Warm, reliable and team-focused approach
- Understanding of EYLF and child-led learning principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
