Since 1980, we have proudly provided holistic, culturally safe services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across the Goulburn Valley. About the Role Step into a leadership role that makes a real difference. As Clinic Manager at Rumbalara Medical Clinic, you’ll lead the daily operations of a vibrant, community-focused health service dedicated to delivering culturally safe, high-quality care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. This role isn’t just about managing a clinic—it’s about empowering teams, strengthening partnerships, and improving community health outcomes. You’ll collaborate with passionate health professionals, support staff, and external stakeholders to ensure the clinic runs efficiently and continues to be a trusted space for our mob to receive the care they deserve. About You You're a strong, culturally grounded leader who thrives in dynamic environments. You bring clinical or management expertise and are passionate about delivering meaningful outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- A Certificate IV or Diploma in Leadership and Management or Practice Management
- A professional background as a Registered Nurse (RN), Allied Health Professional, Aboriginal Health Practitioner, or similar
- Experience managing a clinic—ideally within an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (ACCHO)
- In-depth knowledge of the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community and the social determinants of health
- The ability to lead with cultural sensitivity, maintain confidentiality, and prioritise tasks under pressure
- Strong decision-making skills, team leadership experience, and the confidence to guide RACGP accreditation processes What We Offer:
