About the role

Journey Early Learning Tatura is seeking a Permanent Educator to join our team. This is an opportunity to be part of a connected, values-led centre where educators are supported, trusted and encouraged to grow.

You’ll contribute to a protected, engaging and inclusive learning environment, working alongside a supportive leadership team to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care. We are looking for someone who brings warmth, reliability and a genuine passion for working with children.

Key responsibilities

Support the delivery of play-based learning aligned to the EYLF

Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families

Contribute to a protected, inclusive and engaging learning environment

Collaborate with your room team on planning and documentation

Follow safeguarding, compliance and centre practices

Participate in reflective practice and continuous improvement

About you

Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)

Experience working in an early learning environment (desirable)

Warm, reliable and team-focused approach

Understanding of EYLF and child-led learning principles

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Current Working with Children Check and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
