CalfLink specialises in Beef-on-Dairy production, partnering with dairy farmers to raise healthy, well-grown calves for premium beef markets. With purpose-built facilities, structured husbandry programs and a strong focus on preventative health, we are committed to giving every calf the best possible start.

We are currently seeking experienced and practical people to join our calf rearing and animal health team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in calf rearing, livestock husbandry or animal health who enjoys working outdoors, being part of a close-knit team and taking pride in high standards of animal care.

About the Role

Working within our purpose-built calf sheds, you will be involved in all aspects of calf care and health management, including:

Feeding and nutrition management Monitoring calf health and behaviour Identifying and responding to animal health issues early Administering treatments in line with protocols Maintaining hygiene, cleanliness and biosecurity standards Record keeping and health observations Supporting a positive, welfare-focused team culture

Positions are available on a casual, part time or full-time basis across a 7-day roster.

About You

You will ideally bring Experience in calf rearing, livestock handling or animal husbandry Strong understanding of calf health and welfare Confidence working in a practical, quick-paced environment A calm, observant and reliable approach Good communication and teamwork skills Robust work ethic and willingness to contribute across the operation

Experience in dairy, beef, vet nursing or livestock production environments will be highly regarded. Why Join CalfLink?
