About the Role Based in Tatura, you’ll join the Customer Experience team providing superior front-line customer service and office administration support to all GMW customers and stakeholders. Working in a team environment, the Customer Support Officer is responsible for processing a range of transactions, resolving customer enquiries and is committed to meeting agreed performance targets and quality standards. What do you need?
- Experienced in customer service;
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening;
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively;
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment and
