We're looking for an experienced customer service professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in shaping the customer experience delivered across our organisation. As a Senior Customer Support Officer, you'll be a go-to expert within our Customer Experience team, helping to resolve complex enquiries, support and mentor team members, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our systems, processes and customer outcomes. What You'll Be Doing In this senior position, you'll:
- Manage complex customer enquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Provide guidance, coaching and on-the-job support to team members
- Assist with onboarding and training of new employees
- Support the Customer Experience Coordinator and provide leadership coverage when required
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes
