- Potential for ongoing employment Overview Kyabram District Health Service (KDHS) is a medium-sized rural health service that delivers a range of programs and services including acute, subacute, residential aged care and allied and primary health care services. About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated Registered Nurse to join the Graduate Nurse program in a supportive clinical environment. Graduates in the program will spend 12 months in aged care and the program will incorporate time building knowledge and skills to working in aged care leadership roles including shift management. The program offers you the opportunity to consolidate nursing theory and practice. You are supported by the education team, clinical support nurses and nurse unit managers. Upon successful completion of the program, Graduates are offered the opportunity of ongoing employment opportunities. Our program is designed to:

- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- Be registered through PMCV and allocate Kyabram District Health Service as a preference
- Basic knowledge of patient management and information systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing career development.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and commitment to team objectives
- Demonstrated evidence of excellent time management and organisational skills
- Competent computer skills and knowledge of patient management and information technology systems
