- Increase revenue by introducing members to personal training services and following up with and managing leads.
- Retain personal training clients through excellent customer service & follow‑up and understand reporting and implementation of course correction.
- Keep up with client program design to maximize client results.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- Certifications: NCCA Accredited Personal Trainer Certification and/or B.S. in Exercise Science.
- 1‑2 years as a Personal Trainer preferred.
- Prior management experience in a gym or retail/hospitality industry leading 3‑10 employees preferred. Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in club office; move about club floors and rooms; review, revise, and create club paperwork; communicate with employees, members, and the public.
- Regularly required to demonstrate or explain proper physical fitness activities, techniques, and procedures.
