About the role We are currently seeking ERZ Controllers to join our Centurion underground mine located 160 kilometres west of Mackay. Multiple roles are available in Outbye, Development and Longwall (on track to launch early 2026). This role is a permanent opportunity offered as a 7:7 day/night roster with FIFO and DIDO options. Flights will be included for candidates flying from Brisbane into Moranbah, and relocation assistance will also be offered to the right candidate. Key responsibilities
- Perform statutory and compliance inspections in line with legislation and Centurion SHMS.
- Ensure teams operate production processes and equipment safely.
- Deliver maintenance schedules in accordance with statutory and site regulations.
- Facilitate crew/shift communication sessions.

- 3rd Class Managers Certificate of Competency or Deputy's Certificate of Competency
- Competent in supervisory skills
- Proficient in S1, S2, S3 and risk management and investigation
