Full time Permanent Position – Monday to Friday – 38 hour week Based in Moranbah – A brand-new role supporting regional growth (and maybe helping you discover the best coffee spots in town). The Role Reporting to the Area Operations Supervisors, you will be an integral part of the team, fostering excellent relationships and contributing to key decisions. We are seeking an Operations Administrator to support the North Bowen Basin team across Hail Creek, Daunia, and Peabody sites. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday (38 hours). It is expected that the successful applicant lives locally within Moranbah (Emerald may be considered). You will achieve this by: Report and manage site KPI data and distribute meeting minutes. Prepare reports, correspondence, and organise travel arrangements, meals, accommodation, and training courses. Compile and prepare monthly overtime and weekly wage summaries for payroll. Keeping the team stocked with uniforms, PPE, and stationery—because who can function without their favourite pens? Managing SAP purchase orders without breaking a sweat. Assist with training programs, maintaining confidential personnel and training records, and ensuring competency validity. Collaborate with other DNAP Administrators to ensure consistency across sites. Maintain high standards of professionalism, provide administrative cover for other sites as needed, and uphold excellent organisational skills. A friendly and professional approach, coupled with the ability to 'go the extra mile', is essential to this position. This is a genuine "all-rounder" administrative function that requires the ability to accomplish several complex administrative responsibilities accurately and efficiently.
