We’re looking for a Maintenance Administrator to support our busy workshop and fleet operations in Moranbah.
This is a key role sitting at the centre of maintenance, finance, procurement, and compliance, keeping systems accurate, jobs tracked, costs reconciled and operations running smoothly.

The Role Coordinate maintenance administration across fleet and workshop operations Manage job costing, records, and financial reconciliation Support procurement, inventory control, and supplier coordination Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Improve systems, processes, and data accuracy Support day-to-day operational efficiency across teams
Key Responsibilities Strong administration experience in a quick‑paced environment Experience with maintenance systems (WSM/DMS) and/or Xero (advantageous) High attention to detail with strong financial awareness Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Robust communication skills across workshop and office teams Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a focus on accuracy and improvement
