We’re looking for a Maintenance Administrator to support our busy workshop and fleet operations in Moranbah. This is a key role sitting at the centre of maintenance, finance, procurement, and compliance, keeping systems accurate, jobs tracked, costs reconciled and operations running smoothly. - Coordinate maintenance administration across fleet and workshop operations
- Manage job costing, records, and financial reconciliation
- Support procurement, inventory control, and supplier coordination
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Improve systems, processes, and data accuracy
- Support day-to-day operational efficiency across teams Key Responsibilities
- Strong administration experience in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with maintenance systems (WSM/DMS) and/or Xero (advantageous)
- High attention to detail with solid financial awareness
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication skills across workshop and office teams
