We’re looking for a Maintenance Administrator to support our busy workshop and fleet operations in Moranbah . This is a key role sitting at the centre of maintenance, finance, procurement, and compliance, keeping systems accurate, jobs tracked, costs reconciled and operations running smoothly. If you enjoy structured work, problem-solving, and being the go-to person who keeps everything organised, this role will suit you. The Role
- Coordinate maintenance administration across fleet and workshop operations
- Manage job costing, records, and financial reconciliation
- Support procurement, inventory control, and supplier coordination
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Improve systems, processes, and data accuracy
- Support day-to-day operational efficiency across teams Key Responsibilities
- Strong administration experience in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with maintenance systems (WSM/DMS) and/or Xero (advantageous)
- High attention to detail with strong financial awareness
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Solid communication skills across workshop and office teams
- Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a focus on accuracy and improvement What We Offer
