We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced female support worker to join our team and provide dedicated support to a female client in the community. If you have a passion for working with disabled or elderly individuals and meet the following criteria, we want to hear from you: **Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the support working field.
- NDIS screening.
- Valid Police Check.
- Working with Children Check.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Genuine care and empathy for disabled or elderly individuals.
- Work permit, PR, or citizenship status.
- Long-term commitment to the specified schedule and responsibilities.

**Duties Include**:

- Providing companionship and emotional support to the client.
- Assisting with light domestic tasks such as cleaning and ironing.
- Meal preparation according to dietary requirements.
- Facilitating community access and engagement activities.
