With ongoing growth and success, Shadforth is seeking a skilled Pipecrew Foreman to join our team in the Moreton Bay Region. In this role, you will oversee a small crew on Storm, Sewer, and Mains projects, ensuring high standards of work across Infrastructure, Subdivisions, Community Projects, and Roadworks.

**About you**
- Prior experience as a Civil Drainage Foreman (minimum 2 years)
- You'll have a solid understanding of advanced civil pipe principles with demonstrated experience in residential subdivision works installing deep sewer, storm water and water.
- Knowledge to deal with all adverse ground conditions.
- Comprehensive understanding of the current SEQ standards
- A strong commitment to OHS and Safe Work Practices
- Communicate with influence, sound written and verbal skills
- Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded
