About the Role
As the Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind daily operations, team leadership, and creating an exceptional customer experience. You’ll oversee everything from staff management and training to sales performance and store presentation, ensuring our brand values shine in every scoop.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service
Manage rosters, budgets, and operational targets
Ensure compliance with all food safety and workplace standards
Oversee product quality, stock management, and merchandising
Drive sales growth through strong operational and people management skills
Foster a positive and inclusive team culture
What We’re Looking For
Previous management experience in retail or hospitality
Solid leadership and communication skills
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Organisational skills with a focus on detail and efficiency
Ability to work a flexible roster including evenings and weekends
A positive, can-do attitude
