Located in Morayfield Shopping Centre, Barrow & Bear is a popular café known for its delicious coffee, freshly baked pastries, and friendly atmosphere. As a Barista/Cafe All Rounder, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, assisting with food preparation, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a range of cold and hot drinks
- Assist with food preparation, including sandwiches, salads, and pastries
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, always striving to exceed customer expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including stocking and cleaning duties

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a barista or café all rounder is preferred but not required
- A passion for coffee and a desire to learn new skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for our customers
