- Prepare coffee and beverages to standard (ensuring consistent quality and presentation)
- Make and assemble food items (sandwiches, wraps, and basic café meals)
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service and process orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of all work areas and adhere to food safety standards
- Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking and stock rotation
- Assist with ordering products and supplies as required
- Contribute to menu reviews and adjustments to support quality, variety, and customer satisfaction
