**About the Role**: We have a great opportunity at our Caboolture branch for a Service Technician (Leading Hand) to join our team! A varied role that will see you working on a range of equipment across John Deere Agricultural machinery and Vermeer Equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the supervision of day-to-day workshop operations
- Assisting with technical knowledge where needed
- Provide technical support to the Service Manager
- Diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble, and service equipment as assigned.
- Maintain a positive and qualified working relationship with peers, and management

**You will bring the following skills and experience to the role**:

- Relevant Trade Certificate
- A current and valid driver’s licence
- A mature attitude and logical and methodical approach to your work
- Possession of high-risk work tickets and/or licenses would be highly regarded
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- Solid electrical, hydraulic diagnostic and IT capabilities
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the design & function of John Deere and Vermeer equipment will be highly regarded
