- Full-time (36.25 hours per week), 2 year fixed-term appointment The Opportunity Join UniSC’s growing Clinical Trials team to drive the strategy, planning, delivery and success of all in-person and virtual events, creating engaging experiences that elevate our brand and support clinical trial growth. Please note, this role requires flexibility to travel across clinical trial sites locally, interstate, and internationally as required, along with availability to work outside standard business hours when needed. - Lead the end-to-end planning, delivery and evaluation of diverse event activities, including trade events, partner visits, community engagement initiatives, online seminars, launches, open days and university participation events;
- Manage and coordinate all stakeholders involved in event delivery, including staff, suppliers, contractors and university partners, while providing strategic, tactical and technical leadership to achieve agreed commercial and reputational outcomes; and
- Support the broader Marketing & Brand team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, inclusion, safety and professional respect. About you You’re an experienced events management professional who thrives in collaborative environments, building strong partnerships and fostering effective cooperation. You exercise sound judgement and engage confidently and sensitively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Highly organised and solutions-focused, you excel at prioritising competing demands, working autonomously, and managing multiple projects simultaneously, while actively contributing to broader team initiatives and shared success.
