Reporting directly to the Bakery Manager, the successful candidate will manage a small team, create rosters, generate orders, complete stock takes and more. Responsibilities & Expectations
- Fresh food retail knowledge
- Bakery experience is preferred, but not essential
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Ability to order and control costs
- Excellent understanding of gross profit calculations
- Accurate team rostering
- Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
