- Uniform allowance and employee referral program Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of educators, manage classroom operations, plan and implement curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, liaise with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader, observe and assess child development, and continuously improve teaching practices. Qualifications
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Solid knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
