About the Role You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through course options and turning enquiries into enrolments. This is a fast‑paced, people‑focused role where you’ll:
- Be the first point of contact for prospective students—via phone, email, and online channels
- Have meaningful conversations to understand career goals, skills, and training needs
- Provide clear, tailored course advice aligned to student outcomes
- Convert enquiries into enrolments using robust, ethical sales techniques
- Guide students through pre‑enrolment, induction, and onboarding processes
- Accurately manage student records and bookings in systems
- Work closely with Heads of Department and Business Development teams to align opportunities
- Deliver outstanding customer service that builds trust and long‑term relationships What You Will Bring
- A natural ability to build rapport quickly and communicate with confidence
- Experience in customer service, recruitment, sales, or contact centre environments
- A consultative mindset—you listen first, then recommend solutions
- Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple enquiries and systems
- A drive to meet targets and achieve outcomes
- Experience in RTO, VET, or education (highly regarded but not essential)
- Comfortable learning of course offerings and funding options quickly
