This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about interiors, design, and creating beautiful, functional spaces. About the Role: You’ll work closely with the lead stylist as their right-hand support, assisting in all aspects of property styling projects — from concept and selection to installation and final presentation. The ideal candidate has a strong design eye, excellent spatial awareness, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in styling properties for sale, including furniture selection, layout, and setup
- Understand property flow, size, and functionality to create cohesive styling outcomes
- Support logistics, installations, and pack-downs
- Follow direction and company styling standards
- Manage tasks efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines
- Work collaboratively with the team and show initiative when needed About You:
- Background or qualifications in Interior Design, Property Styling, or a related field
- Strong sense of style, proportion, and presentation
- Highly adaptable with a proactive and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Leadership potential and the ability to take ownership when required
