SCOPE The Front-End Loader Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of front-end loading equipment to bulk mix raw materials in accordance with production schedules, Bills of Materials (BOM), and quality standards. The role operates within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and requires strict adherence to safety procedures, standardized work practices, and continuous improvement principles. Key duties include equipment pre-start checks, calibration and cleaning, accurate loading and verification of raw materials, conducting quality checks and sampling. Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, communication, and reliability is essential to success in this role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Production & Equipment Operation
- Operate front end loader machinery and associated equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow all operating procedures to ensure consistent production quality
- Perform essential pre-operation tasks such as calibration and cleaning to ensure proper equipment startup.
- Perform bulk mixing tasks in line with production schedules and standard operating procedures.
- Load correct job and verify all fertilizers and raw materials according to Bill of Materials.
- Manage bulk handling of raw materials and finished goods in line with quality standards
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Conduct quality checks and take samples as per quality control procedures
- Support the production line by completing assigned operational tasks Safety, Quality & Compliance
- Always maintain a strong focus on safe working practices
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and site rules
- Ensure compliance with quality control requirements

- Previous experience operating a Front End Loader
- Front End Loader licence
- Robust commitment to safety
- Reliable, punctual, honest, and proactive
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Physically capable of performing manual tasks
- Pride in workmanship, equipment care, and team contribution Desirable
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment WORKING HOURS Day Shift – 38 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday: 5:00am – 1:30pm
