Warehouse/Storeperson (Braeside)

Role Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Store person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience, be highly organised, motivated, and reliable. Primarily you will be required to pick & pack orders and to be involved in dispatch management within the warehouse, making sure all orders are accurately labelled and shipped. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible so please put your availability in your resume. As a Store Person your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving deliveries
- Unloading, unpacking & shelving of items
- Organising items according to type, product code, project, or service work
- Identifying damage, loss, or surplus of items stored
- Operating item tracking software system
- Keeping accurate inventory records
- Picking, packing and processing of orders to be sent out
- Participating in manual stock take & disposal of goods
- Carrying out tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work area and warehouse Requirements:
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
- High level of accuracy and ability to prioritise workload with positive time management
- The physical ability to load and unload, pick and pack bulky items
