At TLC Health Clubs Mordialloc, you’ll deliver high-quality Reformer and Mat Pilates classes while working alongside physiotherapists and allied health professionals — supporting real, lasting member outcomes in a collaborative setting. This is a unique opportunity to not only teach classes, but also contribute to the development of a progressive Pilates offering across a multi-site network About TLC Health Clubs TLC Health Clubs combine premium fitness facilities with integrated healthcare services, creating a truly unique wellness experience. - Deliver engaging and safe Reformer and/or Mat Pilates classes
- Create a welcoming and inclusive class environment
- Support member progression, retention, and overall experience
- Contribute ideas to enhance and grow the Pilates offering
- Collaborate with the wider health club and allied health team
- Support broader wellbeing initiatives across TLC, including employee programs
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, presentation and safety
- Build a positive, inclusive class environment that supports member retention and engagement About You You will ideally have
- A recognised Reformer Pilates qualification (e.g. Polestar, APPI, BASI, Studio Pilates, Diploma-level or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with a diverse member base
- Confidence working with a range of clients — from beginners to those seeking more supported or rehab-informed exercise
- A genuine interest in health, wellbeing and client outcomes
- A collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a growing program Additional Requirements
