Overview

Diverse finance role covering Accounts Payable and core accounting duties

Hands‑on experience across reconciliations, reporting, and compliance tasks

Exposure to BAS, PAYG, superannuation, and credit card reconciliations

What you'll be doing:

Processing supplier invoices in MYOB and allocating to correct expense accounts

Coordinating supplier payments and issuing remittance advices

Preparing bank reconciliations and daily cash balancing

Managing corporate credit card reconciliations and processing payments

Supporting BAS preparation, PAYG reconciliations, and superannuation payments

Completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations

Assisting with invoicing for operational departments

To be successful you will have:

3+ years' experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance role

Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor in Accounting or Business (preferred)

Solid experience using MYOB (or similar accounting system)

Solid understanding of reconciliations and end‑to‑end AP processes

High attention to detail and solid numerical accuracy

Confident communicator with a proactive, reliable approach
