Sales/Business Development Manager (3PL / Logistics) Go3PL – Braeside, VIC Full time Competitive Base 120-140K + Commission + Car Allowance + Long-Term Incentive Program Join one of the best 3PL with a reputation for handling what others can't. Go3PL is an established, family-owned Third Party Logistics company based in Braeside, VIC, with a combined 41,000m² of warehousing and hardstand storage across multiple sites. We're known in the market for saying yes when others say no – accommodating oversized, awkward and unusual freight as well as standard 3PL stock. We have a strong digital presence and an excellent referral network thanks to our flexibility, reliability, and service quality. We're now expanding again and looking at doubling our capacity – and we're looking for a high-performing, outbound-focused BDM Sales Manager to join our team and drive new business. About the Role As our Sales/Business Development Manager, you'll be expected to hit the ground running through your existing clients and business responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities across Melbourne and beyond. This is a pure sales role, focused on outbound lead generation, relationship-building, and revenue growth. You'll be supported with:
- Established pricing structures
- Ready-to-use quoting templates
- Professional branding and marketing collateral
- Highly competitive rates in the market
- A strong digital and inbound presence – warm leads transferred directly to you, once your outbound ability is proven. You'll also be working closely with our Operations Manager to ensure seamless delivery of services once accounts are won. What We Offer

- Current client accounts and solid existing avenues for lead generation
- Extensive knowledge of 3PL pricing and services offered
- Relentless drive, strong relationship-building skills, and a true hunter mentality — thriving on chasing opportunities, winning new business, and delivering sales results in the fast-paced 3PL industry
- Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience in 3PL, warehousing or logistics
- Proven track record of at least $1,00,000 in new business annual sales
- Sales achievement must be specifically from new business acquisition, excluding existing account growth
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed – able to work autonomously
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Zoho
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle for local travel
