We are inviting Expressions of Interest from talented Senior Accountants or Finance Managers who want to play a key role in delivering high quality financial/management accounts across a diverse commercial property portfolio in the next 1‑2 months. About the Role As a Finance Manager within our Property Management Accounting team, you will oversee the financial performance and reporting for a portfolio of assets. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure accurate, timely and meaningful financial insights. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of property financials for a portfolio of assets.
- Oversee monthly reporting including balance sheet, P&L; analysis, variance commentary, and management accounts.
- Prepare journal entries and manage outgoings reconciliations, budgets, wash‑ups, amortisation schedules and IFRS calculations.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for financial reporting matters across your allocated portfolio.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, tax requirements and regulatory frameworks.
- Support audit processes and contribute to system enhancements, testing and training.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels. About You You are a proactive and detail‑driven finance skilled with a knack for turning complex data into meaningful insights. You enjoy ownership of your portfolio and bring strong analytical and communication skills. Qualifications
- Experience in property accounting (preferred but not essential)
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- CPA/CA qualification or progression toward it (preferred).
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to interpret complex information.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing general ledgers, sub ledgers and month‑end processes.
- MRI or Yardi experience (preferred but not essential). Benefits
