Description
The Accounts and Administration Officer plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of both accounting and administrative functions in a fast paced manufacturing environment. The role is reponsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day admin tasks, and supporting internal departments to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records (Payables/receivables,ledgers)

Process invoices, purchase orders & expense claims.

Monitor and track manufacturing costs and inventory accounting.

Assist with procurement processes and vendor management.

Handle correspondence, filing systems and documentation.

Pay: $50,000.00
- $65,161.00 per year
