About the role:

Our Braeside workshop is currently looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to assist in the manufacture of our specialised staircase products. This role will rotate on a monthly basis between day shift (6.00 am to 2.30 pm) and afternoon shift (2.00 pm to 10.00 pm). Afternoon shift penalty rates paid for all shift work.

What's involved

Producing various solid timber stair components

Regular maintenance and upkeep of machines and tools

Working in a supportive team workplace

Your work will rotate on the following machines

Flatbed Woodtron

Pod & Rail 5axis Biesse Rover A

Pod & Rail 5axis Biesse Rover C

Rod & Rail 5axis SCM

What you'll need:

Experience in operating CNC machines (essential)

Trade qualification
- ideally joinery or carpentry (preferred)

Experience in the construction industry (preferred)

Current Australian drivers licence (preferred)
