We’re excited to be recruiting for a casual Customer Service Representative role within our Moorabbin Head Office. This is a pivotal role that will require superior organizational and communication skills, and an interest in our brands / sport / the outdoors will ensure you are aligned to our company culture.

Your current role

Responsibilities will include:

Using SAP and Microsoft Office

Approving and processing replacement products or value credit to customers

Preparing stock for return to inventory

Investigating repair options for items

Gathering information and reporting on feedback from customers

Preparing reports for vendor claims

Extensive liaison with various departments

What we're looking for

Experience in a similar role

Availability to work upward of 30 hours per week at times

Confident using Microsoft Office

Experience with SAP (desirable)

Robust communicator

Someone who is process driven

Experience working for sporting goods (highly regarded)

A passion for golf is always a plus!
