Bake for Sofia is a growing artisanal bakery producing handcrafted breads, pastries, and baked goods fresh every day across our wholesale operations and Melbourne retail locations.

We are currently looking for a passionate and reliable Baker to join our production team in a fast-paced and supportive workplace.

About the Role Mixing, shaping, baking, and preparing artisan breads and bakery products Working with fresh doughs and high-quality ingredients Following production schedules and recipes with consistency and care Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and production standards Early morning and weekend availability required

What We’re Looking For

Previous baking or commercial kitchen experience preferred Passion for artisan baking and quality products Reliable, organised, and able to work efficiently in a team workplace Strong attention to detail and consistency Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the business

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a production baking environment (essential).
