We are looking for a creative and energetic Casual Marketing & Social Media Assistant to help grow our online presence and engage with local families. Role Overview This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, content creation, customer engagement, and family entertainment marketing. You will assist with creating and managing content across social media, email campaigns, and SMS marketing platforms. This is a adaptable casual position suitable for university students, parents returning to work, or junior marketers looking to build experience. Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Marketing
- Create engaging Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content
- Film and edit short-form videos/reels inside the venue
- Schedule and publish social media posts
- Respond to comments, messages, and online enquiries
- Capture photos/videos during parties and events
- Help grow local community engagement and followers Email Marketing
- Assist in creating email campaigns using Klaviyo/Campaign Monitor
- Prepare birthday reminders and promotional campaigns
- Help manage customer databases and audience segmentation
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements SMS Marketing
- Prepare SMS campaigns for promotions, party offers, and special events
- Assist with customer communication campaigns
- Help maintain marketing contact lists General Marketing Support
- Assist with flyer distribution and local promotions
- Help organise special events and school/community collaborations
- Brainstorm new campaign ideas and seasonal promotions
- Support brand consistency across all platforms Skills & Requirements
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Basic Canva or graphic design skills preferred
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Confident using smartphones for photo/video content
- Friendly, energetic, and reliable personality
- Ability to work independently and creatively
- Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms is a bonus
- Experience in hospitality, kids entertainment, or retail is highly regarded Employment Details

- Approx. 12–24 hours per week
