Human Resources Officer Mannering Park

12 month fixed term contract.

Role available for immediate start.

35 hour week (Mon-Fri).

Central Coast | Lake Macquarie location.

Circa $106k
- $113k + 13% super.

This is a great opportunity to work within a skilled Human Resources team in empowering organisational success through its people.

As part of our team, you will play a key role in shaping our organisation culture and championing our vales. This role provides the opportunity for you to use a broad range of HR experience, working across a range of activities including, talent acquisition, job analysis and evaluation, policy and procedures, performance management and grievance handling, remuneration and benefits, and general HR functions.

Qualities you will need to succeed in this role

Tertiary qualifications to Certificate level in Human Resources, Training and Assessment, Business or related field or equivalent qualification and/or experience.

Basic level of administrative experience.

A demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the range of HR functions.

Demonstrated self-motivation and self-management skills and demonstrated ability to set appropriate work priorities.

General knowledge of legislative and compliance matters relating to employment functions.
