**Busy Bees at Noarlunga Downs** is seeking an experienced **Lead Educator** to guide high-quality practice and support our team in delivering exceptional care and education.

**About the Role**- Lead the delivery of engaging programs aligned with the **EYLF**- Mentor and guide educators to ensure high-quality practice- Support documentation, planning, and assessments- Build strong relationships with families and colleagues- Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment- Support centre compliance and continuous improvement

**What You’ll Need**- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)- Proven experience as a Lead Educator- Valid **SA Working with Children Check (Employee)**- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis- Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting- Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS- Leadership and communication skills- Australian working rights
