Storeperson/ Delivery Driver (Morwell)

Bidfood Morwell is looking for a reliable and energetic individual to join our team as a Storeperson/Delivery Driver at our branch. About the role On a typical day, you’ll be picking and assembling customer orders, loading trucks, managing inbound stock and, delivering orders safely and efficiently while representing Bidfood out in the field. The role will also require you:
- Pick and assemble goods accurately
- Load trucks efficiently and safely
- Unload stock and place items in customer locations
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition
- Uphold food safety and hygiene practices
- Receive, put away and rotate stock
- Maintain tidy and accurate bin locations
- Work overtime when required to meet demand About you We’re looking for someone who enjoys the physical side of work, can be relied on to show up and work hard and takes pride in doing a job properly. You’re the kind of person who gets along with just about anyone, shows up on time and genuinely enjoys a job well done. You’re also confident and courteous behind the wheel and take customer service seriously – even when it’s just a quick drop‑off. Someone who enjoys a yarn with the customers is always a great fit. Skills and experience To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a solid work ethic, physical readiness and a willingness to work across different environments as part of a reliable team.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Previous warehouse or storeperson experience (a plus)
- Good communication and time‑management skills
- Forklift licence with reach experience highly regarded
- Comfortable working across freezer, chiller and dry areas
- MR licence (essential)
