**About the role and your responsibilities**: The Customer Support Team is responsible for the provision of excellent customer service through the issuing of Access Agreements across the Parks Victoria estate for Scientific research activities. As the Customer Support Officer, the primary focus of your position is to assess, prepare and execute access agreements and any required documentation, take general enquiries and keep up to date information on Parks Victoria systems. You will ensure all permitted activities are clearly scheduled, and Parks Victoria staff are aware of anything occurring in the Parks Victoria estate. You will also provide information and guidance to clients and colleagues regarding the agreement process. **We're looking for someone with**:
- Certificate or Diploma in Business and/or equivalent experience in a similar field
- Engaging customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- An understanding of the event, tourism or film industry
- Your current Resume
- A cover letter

The Customer Service team is part of the Digital Communications team and the Customer Services Officer's primary focus is to deliver consistent and effective communications to increase awareness, support for and understanding through agreed strategies linked to the PV corporate plan, and to create a positive perception of Parks Victoria through excellent issues management. The Customer Service team are key first contact points for the community when making a connection with Parks Victoria.
