- Monday
- Friday, 8-hour day working within the core Branch hours of 7am
- 5pm

As the first point of contact for customers at our **Morwell**branch, your number one goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions.
You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:
- Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing
- Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs & breakdowns
- You may also occasionally need to assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Previous face-to-face customer service experience
- A desire to provide amazing customer experience
- General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Capability to learn and absorb technical information
