Description
We are looking for a new Order Support Officer to join our Morwell team in this permanent, full-time role.
You will handle communication with wholesale suppliers for order issues, address inquiries from internal stakeholders, and assist with complex installations, among other responsibilities.

Let’s talk about you- Telco industry and Broadband Services knowledge- Understanding of Residential and Business broadband services and products- Minimum three years of proven customer service experience- Excellent personal organisation and time management skills- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
How will you support our “Why?”- Troubleshoot connection inquiries for all broadband products and customer types- Respond to order inquiries from internal stakeholders and support complex installations- Manage orders and escalations from internal departments, ensuring prompt resolution of customer connection complaints- Coordinate orders through provisioning systems, intervening manually if necessary- Communicate with wholesale suppliers regarding order issues- Maintain accurate records and data entry
