We supply skilled and reliable teams to ensure seamless execution of event setups across Australia. We are currently seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow our event staff recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit staff for events, focusing on roles such as general labourers, exhibition installers, and site supervisors.

- Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs for events, ensuring timely and productive placements.

- Maintain and grow a pool of qualified and available staff for quick deployment to events.

- Provide ongoing support and communication with placed staff to ensure client satisfaction.

- Meet recruitment targets and ensure compliance with all relevant hiring regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment or labour hire, ideally within the event or construction sectors.

- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize hiring for high-volume, short-term assignments.

- Knowledge of event logistics or similar industries is a plus.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting staffing demands under tight deadlines.
